I work especially carefully with those who have lived through or are living through a crisis: changes, losses, traumatic experiences, moving, loneliness, deep emotional states.
Working with trauma is one of the main areas of my practice. And here it is important not to rush, not to press, not to intrude - but to be close, to hold space where internal restoration can take place.
I work in a integral approach: art therapy, symbol drama, body practices, elements of CBT, ORCT, NLP, systemic and family therapy.
My path is a combination of a scientific base and attentive intuition, trust in the body, feelings, images and what is revealed if you do not interfere. I am constantly learning, undergoing personal therapy, supervision. My professional system has grown from practice, research and inspiration from such masters as: Peter Levine, Franz Ruppert, Gabor Maté, Marilyn Murray, Ruella Frank, Francine Shapiro, Donald Kalsched, Elizabeth Stanley, Viktor Frankl, Soren Kierkegaard, Friedrich Nietzsche, Martin Heidegger, Jean-Paul Sartre, Martin Buber, Emmanuel Levinas, Ludwig Binswanger, Rollo May, Irvin Yalom and others.
If you are now looking for a way to: stop and hear yourself, gently return to feelings, support, body, accept what was and let in what can be,
Perhaps you are exactly where you need to be.
I am near if my rhythm, my view and my way of being resonate with you.
